Please join us at Hogback Mountain Brewery for an afternoon of drinks, food, and fun! Enjoy an opportunity to relax, network, and find out more about Vermont Society of Health-System Pharmacists, what we do, and how to get involved.

What happens when 2 pharmacists with established careers and a house full of children are left to their own devices? They buy a brewery and open a taproom of course!

Established in 2015, Hogback Mountain Brewing was purchased by Albany College of Pharmacy graduates Jamie and Samantha Sawyer in 2019 and expanded to include a taproom. Sam, head brewer and taproom manager, is a 2017 graduate of the American Brewers Guild Brewing School. Though the owners and location have changed, Hogback Mountain is still operated under the motto of "local supporting local" with hyper-local brews and fresh farm to table fare (Courtesy of Lucky Star Kitchen/Catering). At the taproom, choose from a number of family friendly seating areas including the covered patio and beer garden overlooking the New Haven River or get your food and beer to-go.
