The Karen McBride Leadership Award was established in 2016 to support the memory and legacy of Karen McBride, RPh who was a stalwart member of the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Vermont Medical Center.  Karen will be remembered as a pioneer in implementation of new technology to support medication safety and to drive innovative pharmacy practice, and for her mentorship of pharmacy students, residents and pharmacy staff.
