Karen McBride Leadership Award
The Karen McBride Leadership Award was established to carry on the legacy of a true Vermont leader and expert pharmacy clinician. Karen McBride was an influential and highly impactful health-systems pharmacy leader that understood how to lead people and improve healthcare and pharmacy services. Karen had a unique understanding of the business of pharmacy but always kept patients and patient safety at the forefront of decision making. This scholarship will recognize students with an interest in pharmacy practice in health-systems who have demonstrated leadership ability.
