PRESIDENT MESSAGEI’m excited and ready to represent VtSHP as the president for 2026 to 2027. I want to thank Jennifer Burrier, our immediate past president, for all her work in making the transition for our new board members seamless. I look forward to expanding our reach to all our health-systems in Vermont with more networking opportunities to improve our communications across all levels of care. Our board of directors and our house of delegates for Vermont are planning to work hard as legislative changes and policies emerge for health-system pharmacy practice. VtSHP will be here to support all of you with more educational opportunities to maintain competencies, expanding our reach throughout the state, updating our policies and procedures, and providing resources to keep our patients safe with the best care possible. Vermont is all about community and VtSHP wants to help represent that community. We look forward to hearing from all of you and networking throughout the year to come. Let’s do this together!
